In just two weeks, the Cheltenham Festival will be underway.
Over the last few months, I have been photographing some of the incredible food that will be served, in various restaurants during the four-day festival. New this year is a concept restaurant called The Four Eighty. Celebrating produce from within a 60-mile radius (480 furlongs) is the inspiration.
