Cheese Making at Quicke’s Farm

Today, I travelled down to Quicke’s Farm near Exeter with a few guys from Jockey Club Catering. Our aim today was to get a thorough insight into the process of cheese making. It’s an amazing process completed by skilled cheesemakers and a true craft.
