Well, a few weeks ago it was my 40th Birthday (hard to believe I know). For my Birthday, my lovely wife entered me into a 10K run for cancer research. “What a cow” I hear you say, yep, that’s what I thought at first. But, I’m really up for it. I’d really appreciate your support (and money) for what is a great cause. Having known far too many people affected by this terrible condition (and unfortunately, a friend who lost his life to bowel cancer) it really does deserve more and more research. 10 Puppies!

Lana is a gorgeous German Shorthaired Pointer who belongs to a couple of friends of ours and she recently gave birth to 10 puppies (ouch!). They are adorable and I’m amazed we managed to leave without Luke smuggling one or two of them out in his pockets!!
